I saved all of the medicare copies of what they paid out. When I'm up to it,I 
plan to copy them and send them to my representatives to say the least.  I need 
to research who else I may be able to send them to.  I knew what I was doing 
with each letter I saved. I don't know if it will change anything but its worth 
a shot.

Sometimes, you have to put it in writing and receive an official NO.  Then 
later go back in writing with prove and the closing, "I believe I told you so." 
 This is an issue that will be discussed in detail at our State Convention this 
November with our State Law Makers and Advocates.  It's an ongoing issue.
