Dear Paul,
Have you tried propping your legs with pillows?

Happy New Years!

P.S. Don't let them get you down. Damn wounds begin taking over your life if
your not careful.

I know this is late, but you might think about using strechable straps around
your ankles. Maybe like the ones they use for rehab.

Hi, I'm an otherwise healthy c5/6 complete 43 year old male, 4 years since
injury.

I have a stage 3 sore on the outer side of either lower calf. I'm seeing a
wound care

specialist once a week and am using compression wraps to reduce the
swelling.....

its working. I also just started Celleration (3x/wk) to help debried and
promote healthy

skin growth.

The problem is at night. I have spasms that prevent my legs from staying
upright.....

even with the blue boots. The consequences is that there is direct pressure on
the

wounds while I sleep.

It's a bummer. Any help and/or insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
Paul
