Bad night for me.

Started with my b-program that did not go well. Everything too firm and all
the dig-stems just got me all sweating, and not feeling well from I assume
mild AD. I didn't go / empty enough so I was going to try again in the
morning. But at 3am I woke-up overheated. Then of course I started into the
anxiety thing. Not enough air, what if this, what if that. I took something
for it "Lorazepam" 0.5 mg. But not sure it helps a lot. I was told there are
better meds for it if you need to take it all the time, but if you only need
it now and then, it's a good one to use. I ended up getting out of bed at
4am.

Pain, Pain meds causing constipation, and bowel-program, seen to be the
cause of my anxiety. The sweating and long dig-stems really take a lot out
of me. But I can't go without the pain meds. I spasm so bad and my chest
hurts to breath. But I'm up so high now on my MS-Contin.

Maybe it's time for the Pain Pump and or a Colostomy. Can't you still get
constipated if you have a Colostomy? Is it true you still need to do mini
bowel programs even with a Colostomy just to clean out the rectum area I
have do things to make life start being easier in these areas.
