Good Point, Myron. But have you considered that most hospitals have no doctors on staff in the evenings and at night? In most states, its not required. A few nurses yes, but no doctors. Bigger hospitals that have ER can be effective, but even that requires some time and effort. Nursing homes are the same. They also call ambulances after hours when there is an emergency.
