[QUAD-L] about scammers-phishers and online web thieves.

Hey all.....are you guy's getting lots of scam mail, saying you won a lottery, 
a financial windfall from an oversea's country, your web number was chose and 
you won a million bucks or you are needed for a great paying job? All these 
want all your personal information and are by scam artists. My question is 
this----why do they send so many of these? Do some people really fall victim to 
these e-mails ?
