Bait & Switch was an understatement. Fraud would have been a better description of the situation back then. Since Wheelerz was based out of Glendale and tried to complete with a couple of other companies in that area like Vantage and Independent Mobility System and another company who has since gone out of business after being purchased by a .... candy company.
