Bobbie, When I was in the hospital, my psychiatrist was trying to get me to use this process for pain management. At the time it was very difficult for me to concentrate because of the steroids. It's not that I'm not receptive to meditation, but now I find it difficult to concentrate due to the medication I take. I wish I could concentrate more, because I would love to meditate to keep my pain under control. Lately, I have even thought about titrating myself off the medicine in order to concentrate better. I will take this up with my doctor. Naomi
