My first thought is have you contacted your primary doctor and advised him
of your hard stool? If not, I'd consider calling them and let them know.

Also, as suggested by others... fresh fruit and veggies. Consider some of
those known fiber roughage in your diet. Nothing like a teaspoon of cod
liver
oil too.

Hi,

Hoping some of you folks might be able to provide assistance.
Recently my stools have become very hard. I currently take
2 over-the-counter stool softener capsules the night before
my routine which I do every other morning, every other day.
I also take two senna tablets the night before as well.

But recently, they have become hard. Any thoughts on what
to try?

Thanks so much!
