Dear Mark, My first idea was a condom cath until it subsides and stops leaking. If it is a result of bladder spasms, ask your Dr. about Ditropan or something like it to control spasms. Then it struck me, maybe you need a bigger catheter? Try a 24, or 30, maybe a gardenhose would work best? I really do wish you the very best of luck. john
