I am sorry I didn't see this response earlier.  You can write to the website
I gave you, but I would suggest e-mailing them again.  They have been really
good about responding to my questions when I have purchase something from
them and for that matter even when I have not.
Your system is a 32-bit system based on the information you provided below.
The only thing you should need is the NaturallySpeaking 9.5 upgrade.  It's
free if you have NaturallySpeaking 9.
I had some problems a long time ago using NaturallySpeaking with a laptop.
The majority of those problems were the result of the sound card.  There is
a USB POD which can help your microphone operate much more efficiently with
a laptop.  The best way he can know whether it's your soundcard or not is to
listen to how your voice sounds when you have dictated.  Let me know if you
don't know how to do this and I will walk you through it.
