Sounds like a Prosac ad. Merrill, you don't have to feel bad. You don't have to 
take another pill for life either. Most of us quads suffer with depression. I 
know it hurts. I use to keep it in. I am usually able to get by with a two week 
perscription when I'm depressed. It goes away if you tell the doctor and treat 
it. If you cry when you watch MIRACLE ON 34TH STREET, yea, it is time to talk 
to your doctor.

I’m confused. Are these hand cycles we’re talking about motorized and your 
hands or placed on them (or strapped on them) for exercise, or do your own 
muscles do the work? I have absolutely no voluntary movement forward or back or 
up or down in my arms. I can raise my shoulders and that is absolutely all.
As I said before, my neck is very strong. I can do a tilt back, drop my head 
backwards and lift it up-move side to side-up to 25 times before it gets tired. 
It took me a very long time to work up to that, but for all the suspended sling 
movement that I do, it is controlled completely by my shoulders, no triceps at 
all and very little bicep.

I go to physical therapy twice a week where there are professional hand 
cycles.  They also gave a cheepo to me for use t home.  These are hard to work 
with by only sitting on a table top.  You just need to hunt for one but I 
really do not know how satisfied you will be with nit.
 
The hand cycle is exhilarating to my whole body not to mention muscle 
building.  I wish you could try one in a store or at home before buying unless 
insurance is paying.  If you have Medicare and a facility close to go to you 
will not regret it.

suggestions from me though on the butt spread.  Radical weight loss only

My binder is the 11" with definitely supports.  Riding up is not one of my
