I'm really thin and use to have quite the quad gut; but I no longer drink tons of beer everyday either, and was thin prior to my accident. Exercise abilities will differ as we as quads have various levels of injury. At my level (c5-c6) it allows me to use a 12 lb. free weight that I lay over my wrist to do elbow extensions and curls; this works my deltoids/shoulders and biceps, I have no triceps. Whatever exercise you can do at your level.... it's all good!
