A friend of mine also found out from his cancer doctor in Florida that you
should also take 4 vitamin D3 to help the calcium used in your body but I also
take calcium with vitamin D, magnesium.
You must get the vitamin D3 at a health food store and you must let it
dissolve under your tongue for effectiveness. I will do anything to help my
osteoporosis.
