Thanks Dan. We all have a mutual responsibility to advise and protective,
where we see fit.
We both know people out there that have waiting lists of people to care for,
as they are just that busy and good. We all know some that have been
looking for a job for more then two years too.
Best Wishes

Wheelie you're way too nice to this guy. I'm sure you must realize he is not
what he says he is or else he wouldn't be wasting his time here. None of his
story makes any sense and trying to reason with this guy only encourages
him. Like you said, there is a lot of venerable people out there and I don't
want them hurt.

Subj: Creepy Caregiver?

To Mac, and the many fine, intelligent and quad women who are part of the
Quad-List, I submit.

Most of those in the healthcare field are keenly aware that working with an
individual often requires

a "perfect match.' Today, I don't know what that "perfect match" means, but
I can always recognize when it happens. Those professionals in the
healthcare field also know the success can be achieved without the perfect
match, and
but with the "perfect match" records are made and produced.

For this reason when a client or patient is not comfortable with a medical
doctor, rehab doctor, physical or occupational therapist, rarely do they take
it personally. They too realize that when working with a client which is a
perfect match, often better results are achieved. Same could be said about the
home healthcare assistance programs. Many of members here know exactly what
I'm talking about. Some people you feel more comfortable with then others.
To those who felt that someone was taking advantage of them but couldn't prove
it .. until it was too late, you know what I am saying. There are home
healthcare workers that for any given reason are sometimes too much, rather
then
just enough.

Hence, when a Quad... or a Para or anyone else makes the statement NO, I
don't think so...leave it alone and go on to the next person. There are so
many
in need out there. Don't take it personal.

I can't speak for any Yahoo Group or the Quad-List, but I can speak of the
Quad-List in saying that I've read Mac's solicitation before. I'm guessing
that its was last Spring. It could have been late Winter, but I've read about
Mac before. So they are not a stranger here.

VNA, is also known in many parts of the country as Visiting Nurse
Association. They hire and prescreen all of their employees in Home
Healthcare. I can
only take people to the edge of the river. I can't, I won't make them drink
the waters.

It also behooves those who are members here to protect and advise "Newbies"
based on what they have learned. To Mac, don't take it personal. It happens
in Marketing and Sales hundreds of times everyday.

One person wins the sale and 10 others lose the very same sale. The reason
often is related to the "perfect match."

Best Wishes

Dear Sir, I Thank you for your input but please allow me to correct
something you mentioned. You started your reply with "Mac has been around for
acouple
of years that I am aware and has posted here before acouple of times" I
have only been associated with this Yahoo Group for less then 6 months, not
acouple of years. I have only posted once before with this group. You also
mentioned VNA may I ask what that is please. I am very welcome to any
suggestions
yomay have that can assist me in finding a new Client.
