Cullen,
The guys are right about the w/ccontrols. I use a chin drive & like it because 
I have good control of it. I also have a new w/c with a head array  trying to 
learn. I go out to the entrance of my Apt complex & jump on our City bus. So 
far I haven't gotten brave enough for the new chair on the bus. But your neck 
certainly gets a beating with the chin control. I wish you good luck with a new 
chair.
