I also use a chin controller. It is really a hand control which is mounted
to a bib. It does weigh a lot-about 14 ounces-but I have learned to live
with it because I like the control that it gives me. We live on a hillside,
8 acres, and it allows me to maneuver anywhere. I would love to get one of
the lighter weight ones, but none are compatible for my wheelchair.

I did not try a sip and puff, as I was happy with the chin controller that I
first used. Besides, I'm a girl, this way I can talk and drive. J

However, I do not use a headrest which gives me somewhat more mobility for
my neck. I figure the more that I exercise my neck and shoulder muscles,
the better off I will be in the future.

We have a beautiful thunder boomer going on, hope we get some rain to go
with it.
