Eating disorders are very similar to alcoholism, drugs, gamboling, or addictions in general. Food addicts hide food around the house so they can snack at will without getting caught. The result is overweight to the point they can't walk very far or stand very long. They are definitely physically disabled as much as someone with physical damage to spines, knees, ankles, hips backs, you name it. Just because the fault is in their brain doesn't mean they aren't disabled. To people like us with spinal injuries, the mental short circuit that puts them in wheelchairs seems phoney or unjust in an organic sense since there is no apparent physical damage there. As disgusting as eating until one can't walk is, it still leaves them definitely disabled. Getting mad at them because it's self inflicted doesn't nullify their disability. Myself, I would not trade with them. One subject they voted on was that obesity is NOT a disability, which I concur. What do all of you think about this subject? ~ Bobbie ____________________________________ Download the _AOL Classifieds Toolbar_ (http://toolbar.aol.com/aolclassifieds/download.html?ncid=emlcntusdown00000004) for local deals at your fingertips. **************Dell Days of Deals!
