Hi, Shelly-- like Ron said at times there can be a bit of hard stool that needs
to be pulled out to get you going---- when I get like that I take a stool
softener in the evening around supper time, That  usually fixes that for me for
a while, then I stop using them until the problem returns . Like Ron was saying
our bodies are all a bit different and some things work better for other
people. I used to buy ducolace stool softeners but then found out walgreens
brand and some others have identical ingredients, so now I buy the walgreens
brand and save a lot of money. Others on here use Miralax, I think its called
and several other products-- good luck.           Dan H.

What do you do when it's clear that you have eaten too much fiber and are
having difficulty
going. The only way to go is to (how do I say this and be polite??????)
"dig it out"?

I am starting college full time in a couple of weeks, I can afford to spend 2
hours
on the toilet each night.  Honestly at the point of considering not eating to
eliminate the problem.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
