I would try stool softener's and/or senna. I use on a regular basis.

Well,
Every program is different but with me there is always a hard section to
start that needs to be pulled out then the looser stool starts coming out
fairly easy. I take an orange bisacodyl pill, 2 majic cleanse, eat fiber
cereal and fruit the night b4 and sometimes a beer. I use the majic bullet
suppossitories, go every other day. Usually im on about an hour just to make
sure its all out......at the end like a clear stuff will come out. Some folks
try to run a looser program but then every time they bend over they get a
surprise.

What do you do when it's clear that you have eaten too much fiber and are
having difficulty
going. The only way to go is to (how do I say this and be polite??????)
"dig it out"?

I am starting college full time in a couple of weeks, I can afford to
spend 2 hours
on the toilet each night. Honestly at the point of considering not eating
to
eliminate the problem.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
