I use sip and puff morse code to operate the mouse and all keyboard keys. I have been using the Adap2u for the past 15 years but just started using a new device called Tamdem Master. http://www.tandemmaster.org/

I tried the Jouse2, a joystick mouse like the quadjoy, but had trouble acurately moving the mouse to where I wanted it.
I havent tried voice but I need to be suctioned more when I talk to much. Also I watch tv on my computer so I dont think that would work with voice.

Sip and puff morse code is ideal for someone like me with little head movement and on a ventilator. See my page at http://www.makoa.org/jlubin/morsecode.htm to see more info about it.
