Just changed from EZlock (15 yrs), wanted the clearance on a new c500 with pin retract. If so, does the wheelchair bounce around a lot? No, the ride is a little bumpy. I presently have an ezlock already in my vehicle, but I don't want to install the bracket on the new wheelchair if I'd really don't want to use it later on. Yeah, had the same dilemma....$3500 to buy and install. Make sure it fits! I can tell you it's REALLY tight. In fact, when I'm not driving, to get into the passenger seat I have to go up the ramp backwards! The lock prevents the chair from doing 360 turn inside the van. Once in, it works really well, so far. I look forward to your feedback. Quadius PS I'm still waiting on some modifications to my wheelchair, but I am hopeful I will have it shortly. I know it's taken an unbelievably long time, but there have been so many things go wrong with the process but I think it can only be my bad luck.
