Lately if I begin talking I be come faint.

I get very dizzy while getting dressed, as I'm being turned from side to
side, and when I first sit up away from bed in the morning. I lean forward,
long sitting, till I touch my toes, this is to stretch out my back -- then I
sit up balanced and place my right hand on my left knee while my left hand is
behind me and I turn my head as far as I can to the left -- I hold that to
the count of 10 and do this three times. Then I put my left hand on my right
knee and my right hand behind me and turn my head as far as I can to the
right -- I hold to the count of 10 and do this three times. I've been doing
this EVERYDAY for decades, it helps me with my driving to look over my
shoulder. ~ Bobbie
