They make a little device. You exhale into it and it helps you to increase lung function. i cant remember what it is called. I use it but if you are suddenly getting dizzy/faint, tell your doctor. This can be a common side effect of a lot of drugs, infections, eating habits, etc. If you're smoking pot and not getting faint, then you got ripped off.
