you might ask the tech about that code when they take your chair.

Hi, looks like I can get in to a shop today.
Funny, my own shop my insurance contracts with makes me jump though hoops.
I need a prescription, then go in for an evaluation, then an insurance ok,
then order parts, receive parts, only then can I set an appointment for
repairs. 4-8 weeks. Even just to change a flat tire. That’s why I only use
the flatless tires now. Plus they will not let me pay myself then send in the
bill. But I called my insurance company and the guy said if I could find a
place that would let me pay, I can use them and send in the bill. Big huge
help. They have batteries I can get for my backup chair. Though the
insurance guy didn’t know if they would cover those. Over the phone the shop
guy
said the E92 can be a loose motor or bad motor error. Sure looks like 92, I
can’t see any . (dot) in there.
Now I just hope my backup chair will work with new batteries. It takes G24’
s, but after a year of not using my backup chair was flat dead. So I put
my new chairs batteries in my old chair when I got new ones a few months
ago. But they are G22’s. It worked fine for weeks while my new chair was in
the shop for other things. But then one day it just stopped working, nothing,
notta. The shop guy said weird things might happen using the wrong
batteries. Hopefully no chair damage. I just need to remember to charge my
backup
chair often.

Are you sure that its not an E 9.2 error code? or an E 9.1 code. Those
are complicated faults.

I don't dare speculate on those kinds of faults. Let us know what your
service provider suggests.
