May I suggest cabbage soup between meals or beet soup. Eating nothing
white will also help you achieve your goals too.

Still hoping for any other Atkins Attempters out there ... but for
now I thought I'd let ya'all know what I *do* currently eat.

            B-fast: 1/2 serving non-fat or low-fat, sugar-free yogurt and 3-4
prunes.

Lunch: Nothing... I nibble all day at the following snack...

Snack: 1/2 serving (or less) dry Grape Nuts cereal.

Dinner: Veggies (broccoli, green beans or asparagus) with,
               A) Low-fat, skinless chicken breast with 1/2 cup rice,
               B) 1.5 small corn tamales (no meat fat and low fat cheese), or
               C) Medium fish fillet with low-sodium seasoning, and a little
rice.

We don't use salt and pepper (don't even own shakers -- we just
looked at each other like "Duh?" the first time we had guests over and one
requested S&P! [was kinda funny!])

Veggies and rice (or corn masa) make up most of my calories -- plus
a few from the cereal and prunes. I very rarely snack on anything other than
my daily cereal snack -- which is just given to me each morning in a cup that I
carry on my chair with me all day.

So, given that, I kinda doubt I'm over-eating. And if I started
eating any less than that I'd proably be very much under-eating (if I'm not
already).

THIS is why I'm looking at an alternate diet. Any thoughts?

            Thanks, folks!
