vitamin K-2 (there's K, K-1, and K-2)
"K" usually means K-1, but K-2 is what you want

From what I've read, vitamin D gets the calcium into your system, and the K-2 tells it to go to your bones from there. I don't know if that's exactly the way it works, and sure wouldn't mind someone correcting me, but these are the assumptions I'm working with right now.

I've also heard boron is also important, but I don't know anything about it.
