That is table salt. One should never take a supplement without
letting your doctor know. Salt will often cause fluid retention and
is not good for you anyway. Please stop taking it.

I don't take any medication but I have been taking this supplement
called ASEA, I was wondering about that too because it's sodium
chloride, don't know how different that is from regular sodium.
