I forgot to tell you all that my feet are back to normal, they have been good
for a while now. I stopped taking that supplement which I'm guessing was the
main cause, I have also been getting to bed earlier or at least putting my feet
up, I think I was spending way too much time in my chair in the same position.
So it's all good now, thank you all for your advice and concern, I really
appreciate it.

Happy Valentine's day to you all!

I definitely agree with John here. I have had a DVT in the past and it is not
fun. I can definitely be life-threatening, so you might want to contact your
doctor if this problem hasn't resolved by Monday or Tuesday.

two swollen feet is probably water retention, but one swollen foot may be a

I definitely will Dan, hopefully we targeted the cause, if in a couple days it
doesn't get better I will see my doctor. Thanx.

That is table salt. One should never take a supplement without letting your
doctor know. Salt will often cause fluid retention and is not good for you
anyway. Please stop taking it.

response:

I don't take any medication but I have been taking this supplement called ASEA,
I was wondering about that too because it's sodium chloride, don't know how
different that is from regular sodium.
