Derrick, I used to have that same problem and would bleed also after 4 years of intermitton cathing-- my urologist said it was blockage called (stricters) not sure of spelling, he operated 3 times to remove these but it kept happening ... he said this can be a common problem and the blockage is like a form of scar tissue-- After that he put a supra-pubic type catheter in me. good luck-- Dan H.
