I'm sorry that I'm on the road until Monday in Detroit.  It is most  
difficult to begin to address your situation based on limited information and  
facts. I am sure that you have a Family Service Advocate or Attorney  
General-Consumer Protection Agency that you can address online from your  
computer.  
Have you tried to contact Bob Kafka's organization in Texas (  ADAPT) for 
assistance and guideance?
