You have every right to offend your health care workers. But on the other
hand... they have the very same right to deny care if conditions are not
safe, workers feel threaten or unsanitary conditions exists that could harm
hired help. You have a very good case, but so does the health care
workers. Hence, the system requires that you mediate with the Judge deciding
fault. You will have plenty of time to prepare your case, the same as the
health care workers. Get your facts together as hearsay has little to no
value
before the Judge.

well don't feel bad, I just got booted by my agency because I offended 40
some of their workers that refuse to come back to my case? Their office
management was a complete nightmare anyway and you can never tell when I had
coverage or not! I just happen to hear a name of an agency by word-of-mouth
and now have them. It seems their office management is much better and time
will only tell how the aides will work out. You signed up with real
services or any other state agencies would contact your case manager if you
have
one. Thank goodness I have a live-in roommate and another good friend for
backup. Has anybody ever heard a public partnership program? It's a
state-funded program at least in Indiana to pay individuals i.e. family or
friends
to assist you in non-skilled care. I have been with this program for nearly
a year and is absolutely wonderful especially since I don't have that
out-of-pocket expenditure. Good luck with your replacement search. My dear
friend

High my friend. I got a question for you, I hope you can help me. I have
a home help agency I been with them. Three years today they told me. I
have only two weeks left with them I asked them why they told me they could
not provide my beads. Anymore, because I am connected to a respirator. I
couldn't believe what I was hearing. They told me to find another agency.
I caught advocacy. They told me they cannot help me. I told my
caseworker about it. She agrees with me that it is not right. What they're
doing
to me. So I was wondering if you have an idea that you could share with me
