Honestly I would try and find a different home health agency, I have had problems with my current home health agency. What you can do is read the list of allowable items that your insurance provides to better help your future conversations with them. Pretty much once you show that you know what you are entitled to them they will do one of two things they will either suck it up and give you what you need or drop you which I don't think they can do based on not providing you with stuff that is covered by your insurance. Luckily where I live there are multiple home health agencies. The first one I had ended up dropping me because they said they couldn't provide the right help for my level of injury. The one I have now the only reason why I'm still with them is because of the nurses, the nurse that comes out to see me is also one of my nurses I have had often at one of the hospitals I go to when I get pneumonia or another type of bad infection.
