i'm 90/50 baseline, stomach binders don't work for me, not tight enough, so, i have a custom-made corset, (sorry guys not as sexy as it sounds-lol) by a orthotics specialist, that works quite well with my stoma, as did the stomach binder i used before hand. hope this helps.
