When I talked to my doctor about this, he said I should try taking salt when it happens. So, that's what I do, and it works if I take the salt soon enough. When it happens, I first start feeling real hot, and light headed. If I take the salt right away, I'm ok within minutes. My normal blood pressure is 90/60. I start feeling lousy when it's under 65.

> I had a real bad dizzy attack today. I was out front reading on my entrance way on my house. It’s not big, just a nice cubby hole to block the wind and reflect the sun/heat. It was about 75 out today, but I don’t think I was overheating. At first I was just light headed so I reclined a bit. A neighbor stopped by and I tried to sit up. Everything stated going black. My hearing started fading out. I never went out, but it was close. It was bad for about 30 minutes, but was still not back to normal for hours. Once I was OK, I was just tired for awhile. I keep thinking of getting a prescription for low blood pressure medication to use on days like these. I often get slight cases like this after my b-program  I know this topic was going awhile back.
