Take or have a picture taken of your chair and its damage, before it leaves 
 your possession.  Its easy and a picture is worth a lot of words when  
repairs go south.

They have been waiting for a new  bracket for the joystick, though I do not 
no why the one on it was fine and  not the problem.
But while working on my legrest unit, they broke it! So  now that the 
joystick bracket is in, I have to wait for a new legrest  pully.
What I hate the most is the different answers every day.
>From now  on I hope to go to a different repair shop. Though I have to pay 
up front, I  can send the bill into the insurance company  myself.
