Just a question...

What I have noticed is that when I tilt my chair back, for pressure relief, I
start getting cold quite quickly… and also when I get in bed... really cold
with plenty of covers.

I used to feel hot when getting to bed.. flushed face… and never needed
pressure relief.

Is this just me getting older or has anyone had similar and found a medical
reason.

My consultant puts it down to the SCI but cannot explain the change?

Anyone help?
