Thanks John, I am going to try just that... two paracetamol 500mg ... 1 hr before bed
My consultant says paracetamol can be under rated as a pain med as they are so cheap/available...which I find they do help..... I'll post any results... re the sore tender spots... they are under pressure when sitting upright which is what is so strange...
