chilling can be AD. It may hurt you to lean back but since you don't feel it,
your body still does. Are you on a sore/tender spot? Damn wrinkles turn to
ginsu
knives after a few hours.
Try taking pain meds a half hour before getting in bed and see if it helps.

Good luck,
john

Subject: [QUAD-L] Tilting back and cold

Just a question...

What I have noticed is that when I tilt my chair back, for pressure relief, I
start getting cold quite quickly… and also when I get in bed... really cold
with
plenty of covers.

I used to feel hot when getting to bed.. flushed face… and never needed
pressure
relief.

Is this just me getting older or has anyone had similar and found a medical
reason.

My consultant puts it down to the SCI but cannot explain the change?

Anyone help?

Regards, Mark
