Hi Todd, I'd say find a good connection to buy from, preferably a local grower. How? Hard to say. Taxi drivers are typically pretty-well-informed about underground economies, but I prefer to use my friend network. I think you'd be surprised by how many (hard-working, responsible, otherwise law-abiding) people you already know that partake and would be happy to help or make introductions. All you need to do is ask them (discreetly).
For me, it has an amazing ability to bring my blood-pressure and intense sweating into check when I have Autonomic-Dysreflexia. Not much effect on spasms, though.
