I do the same thing, going to bed cold then waking up at 3am too hot!

Good idea if you want to mess up your makeup. Ha ha I I often use a cold rag on 
my forehead or on my shoulders and it really works. I usually go to sleep 
freezing and wake up hot. Do any of you experienced that? It was 70° in Kansas 
today. :-)

Yes, your body can't not adjust the temperature like any normal person.  Yes, 
it's hard to believe that we are special people, not just normal people! 

A quad's body will try and assume room temperature, even though we are still 
alive and breathing.  I found that wearing a turtleneck in wintertime makes a 
big difference.  I also will wear thermal underwear, top only, when it is very 
cold. 

In the summertime when working outdoors I have set up a misting station and 
when I overheat I sit under a fine mist which cools me quickly.
