You’re right Dana, misters wreak havoc with makeup and hair! But they do
work well especially in our dry 16% humidity. I usually have a spray bottle
and we spray my arms and legs.

Over the 20 years my body has adjusted much better to temperature swings and
I am able to tolerate cold a lot more than I did at first. I still go to
bed cold and wake up sweating, but I can usually cool off by turning the fan
on. And my favorite spot in winter is in front of the wood stove J.

We are having typical Reno weather. On March 24th we had 8 inches of snow,
and on March 31 we had 81°. Today was supposed to be about 58°and sunny and
nighttime temperatures are in the high 20°. It is not unusual this time of
year to have a 45 or 50°temperature swings between night and day as we are
very high desert.

Have a great day Joan
