I think that if I had a severe rash I would try different antifungal creams and lay in the bed with my legs somewhat apart....maybe get a lil fan and blow it betweem there for a bit each day. The best treatment in the future is prevention........in the shower you have to wash between your legs and let the water run awhile through your legs. Always pull you balls up and underwear out to get air down there.
