You know they should make a bra for those guys. Of course you could
not call it a bra. Perhaps, testisier, ballsier, boysier?

I was told by rehab specialists to always wear underwear because
they had seen a few quads that got injured on balls and private area
during transfers and so on. I,ve been wearing them 14 plus
years lol ---I guess whatever way works is ok. ( we found that
boxer brief type work best for me--not regular type boxers. ) Dan H.

I was under the impression that most male quads went without
underwear [aka commando.] It's one more layer that can bunch up or
cut off circulation to 'the boys.'
Honest criticism is hard to take, particularly from a relative, a
