Hi Glenn,

I have used trunk supports all of the 23+ years I have been a wheelchair
jockey. They attach to the side of your chair and fit snugly against your
chest just under your armpits. As a C4 quad, there is no way I would be able
to maintain an upright position without them. I specifically use Otto Bock
lateral trunk supports and have on all three of my wheelchairs.

Subject: [QUAD-L] posture

Hello all,

Does anyone use foam or other means to correct bad posture when setting?

My posture when sitting is very very poor and I lean badly to the right.

I can start sitting fairly decent, but during the day my hip migrates to the
left

and my posture gets even worse.

Would like to hear any ideas.

Glenn Henry
