I have the Roho Quattro and it does not help at all.
They have the Roho Hybrid Elite that has a foam front that supposed to hold you 
in place.
It has groves for your thighs to go in. The idea was great for me, but it made 
me sweat just a little bit.
I must have had too much pressure on the foam areas. Or I did not recline often 
enough.
