Unfortunately I'm not too sure of their names but Dr. Morrison seems familiar
if I remember correctly. I just did my homework online calling them up to
verify that they take Medicaid and Medicare. The insurance company also paid
for the transportation costs of two hours there and back.My level of injury is
3/4 complete nearly 18 years post. Any other questions feel free to ask thanks
from Indiana

Hiya Monty, in Indiana.  Which hospital and doctors finally repaired
you.  This could be important to those who live in the general Midwest
Area.  What level is your injury?
Best Wishes

Hello, my name is Monty nearly 19 years post injury. Just over 10 years ago I
had a similar wound on the lower part on lower part of my butt cheek just
before my leg. After a year and a half of fighting with it and discovering I
also had a bone infection! Six weeks of IV antibiotics still did not clear
things up, after consulting with a very good doctor I had a muscle flap
surgery to finally close it up! I was going to school when this all started
but fortunately I was able to fight through it to graduate. It took six weeks
after the surgery of being completely off of it but after building myself back
up I've had no problem ever since then! That tunneling that was happening was
very annoying and no matter what I tried nothing was working! I would consider
a second opinion from another wound clinic if you have one in your area or you
can ask for a blood test to see if your blood count is off indicating a
infection. That was my first battle,
the second one was a bone infection just below my left elbow. The first round
of IV antibiotics did not work and had to leave town for a better diagnostic
of what the problem was. Then learn more around of IV antibiotics and another
muscle flap solve my problem just over three years ago. Just don't take no for
an answer because I'm the one that got on the Internet to locate those
physician outside of town! I'm on Medicaid and Medicare and I paid nothing out
of pocket especially for all of the transportation two hours one way to get
their. Any other questions feel free to ask from Indiana 3/4c complete
