I've been using Activia for a couple of years.  I think it's a good thing ...
but, lately everyone's saying that Greek yogurt is much better.  I tried the
Greek yogurt ... bleh.  If I need to switch, I suppose I will ... but not with
"great pleasure"!

Any input on Activia vs. Greek yogurt?

I've been using probiotics for years in the form of Activia yogurt … I've been
eating one per day for well over 5 years. I don't get as many UTI's but I also
change my bag frequently and soak it every night in a solution plus alcohol
wipes at every connection.     Bobbie

Yes, probiotics are beneficial, however I find that you must buy a good one. It
should contain 5 to 10 billion active cultures from many sources ( several
different strains). I think my body gets immune to them after a while so as
with everything else I change it up. They will not get rid of the quad gut but
they help a lot with constipation and even infections.

I watched Dr.Oz last week and he was singing the praises of probiotics.
According to him, they were the solution to bloating, gas, constipation,
stomach pain, etc. I know many of us, including myself, fight this battle
constantly. Have any of you tried probiotics? Do they help? I just bought some
but haven't started them yet. Any opinions?
