Well, I've been taking a probiotic for about a week now, and I must say my 
stomach feels better. Bloating and gas pain aren't near as bad. Also did a 
little research on prebiotics. Turns out it is just the foods we should eat to 
nurture probiotics, mostly fruits and veggies. Of course, yogurt and such also 
work.
