My hands got a bit too tight so I stretched them and then they got too loose.
It was so much harder to hold my cup and open doors when they were loose.
Now I'm mainly trying to get my index fingers and 1 thumb to straighten all the
way.
They all naturally curl almost first looking, but those 3 fingers just wont
quite straighten all the way when stretched out.
When slowly stretch open and wrist bent forward all the others can go straight.
I was told to always bend your wrist forward when stretching your fingers.
So that your fingers are always a little tight. It helps with lots of things.
