Recipe ? I don't think Dunkin Donuts or Star Buck offers a secret recipe
for coffee enemas. Honestly, I've never had one but checking the internet,
it seems like most say 50/50 of a coffee brew and filtered water. Now ask
me about those homemade enemas made from Warm Soapy waters of Ivory Bar
Soap and I can tell you some great results, thanks to Great Grandma Jones.
At the sign of a sneeze, cold or fever, it brought out the rubber enema bag,
the ivory bar soap and warm water, from the tap. All you needed was a
pint, but she always made a quart. Back then it was the only cure we knew.
Keep in mind that something has to be used to allow the bowel to move so
that its clean and cleared.

Best Wishes

A coffee enema wakes up your bowels and makes the poop percolate downward.

I've never heard of a coffee enema. The Go Lite is very brutal! ....Never
again for me :-)

A prune juice cocktail or coffee enema will usually empty your bowel. Or
a gallon of Go Lite, with water.

Just wondering, what tests are taken to see if one is blocked up? I'm not
really able to do a colonoscopy according to the Doc I spoke to.

See ur Md. you need to see if ur blocked. Also, ask your Dr. About
Amitiza. Pill form up to 4,8 or 24 mcg. I take monstrous amounts of opiates
and
the pills along with fiber keep me regular.

You will need to experiment with dosages to find the right balance for you.

The last 2 weeks I've had such stomach pains. I've been pooping rocks and
nothing has helped. I've tried Miralax, softeners, etc. I don't want to use
too much, that hurts just as much. I keep using it more often, but I've
never had to drink Miralax more than 2 times in a week. Then I can go months
without it. I'm on my like 6th dose in 2 weeks. I want to double over in
pain. G
